When we launched Lompico.org in September 2004 we only expected the web site to be visited a dozen times a month. So we were SHOCKED to see 66,843 visitors the 1st month of our official launch and 33,231 visitors over the last year! What we also didn't expect was the number of visitors that have asked us what Realtor we recommend for buying homes in Lompico. The problem is that we don't know who the Felton/Lompico expert Realtors are. That's why we need to hear from you.

To keep things simple, we're only going to have one Realtor or Realtor Firm recommendation for the entire web site. For this one Realtor, we will provide everything you need to be a success:

  The Realtor we choose will have a dedicated web page just for him/her with their photo, biography, contact info, and/or whatever else you want. That information will be located on this page.

  We will also provide you with a direct link from our homepage to your personal page at Lompico.org. This will guarantee you exposure to anyone that visits our site, no matter how far in they go.
  
  
• 10 Links To Your Dedicated Page Throughout The Site
  We will also provide you with a graphical link (as seen to the right) from 10 different Lompico.org web pages of your choice. This will ensure your name and page are seen multiple times throughout the site.
  
  
• Quartlery Web Site Statistics
  We will also provide you with quarterly web site statistics so that you can see how many visitors are perusing your information. Here's a sneak preview.
  
  
• Search Engine Registration
  We will also register your dedicated personal page (this page) with the major search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, AltaVista, etc.) to get you more exposure. We use the $200 Web Alleviation service, at no additional cost to you.
  
  
• No Competition For An Entire Year!
  Because we want to keep things simple, we only want one Realtor...the best Realtor...listed on our web site. This makes it easier for our visitors to choose and ensures that you get all the leads for an entire year. In addition, at the end of the year, you have the right to renew for another year before we offer it to any other Realtors!

Remember though, we only want Realtors that specialize in mountain properties and know the ins and outs of Felton and Lompico. We want area experts that can guide our visitors to the right house.
