Whether you're looking for a nice place where the kids can go play or a romantic location where you can sip red wine under the redwoods, Lompico and the area around it has several great places to go on a picnic.

• Loch Lomond Lake Park
  Loch Lomond Lake Park has two exquisite locations for having a picnic.
  
  
  • The first location is right on the Loch Lomond lake side. Here you can have your picnic on one of the picnic tables or lakeside benches. You can also bring your food for BBQing in one of the provided BBQ pits.
    
    
  • The second location is at the Loch Lomond Ridge Top. Here you can enjoy the amazing vista over Loch Lomond Lake, the surrounding Santa Cruz Mountains and the Pacific Ocean in the distance. The ridge top is located half a mile up from the Lake and can be seen on the Loch Lomond Lake Trail Map.
    
    
• Lompico Park
  Lompico Park is centrally located at the heart of Lompico and provides an great place to take the kids for a picnic. Here you can have your picnic on one of the picnic tables. You can also bring your food for BBQing in the on-site BBQ pit. After lunch your kids will love playing on the jungle gyms and splashing around in Lompico Creek.
